- Remove update until someone fix it 100%, since u can deploy easily with  workflow.
- Remove config(permanently) check heroku guide changes
- Change torrent timeout for aria/qbit u can edit no. of sec by ur self

bot: Add config to handle pending requests when bot restarts 
Whenever the bot restarts, it immediately starts responding to all the
commands that wasn't handled when the bot wasn't on. This obviously can
cause issues, so let's add a config to disable this behaviour.
